In his inaugural address on 23 June 2012, the Grand Master, MW Bro. G. Murray Webster directed the Vancouver and Victoria Lodges of Education and Research to select five papers — which he styled 'Classic' Papers — to be distributed to the lodges of the jurisdiction for discussion.
