A founding member of Quatuor Coronati Lodge No. 2076, and secretary for its first fourteen years, it was George William Speth’s idea to form a Correspondence Circle for the lodge.
An accomplished musician and knowledgeable in numerous European languages, he was author of several masonic compilations and thirty-five papers for Ars Quuatuor Coronatorum. Published shortly before he died, his A Masonic Curriculum has been undeservedly long out of print.
