Harpo Marx
[Harpo Marx]
November 23, 1888 - September 28, 1964
Born Adolph, he changed his name to Arthur during World War I but was known professionally as Harpo. The second oldest of the four Marx brothers comedy team, Harpo rarely if ever spoke while in character but was renowned as a mime and harpist. His ready wit was recognized with his inclusion as a member of the Algonquin Round Table in New York.
