The pentagram in heavy metal music
Norway’s Dimmu Borgir, a "Melodic Black Metal", band from 1994 to the present, have adopted all of the trappings of the heavy metal and goth music community, with a certain original flair. While the pentagram is a common motif, the hexagram, or Star of David, is rarely seen in this context.
