	to assist all brethren and families by providing electric scooters and wheelchairs.
	to advise those in need of electric scooters and wheelchairs that they need a doctor’s certificate.
	to advise the recipient that they need to arrange for insurance coverage through their home owner’s insurance.
	The person receiving any electric wheelchair or scooter must sign an indemnity form taking responsibility of maintenance on unit
