1955. The centre of bars plain for lettering, scrolls pierced out and carved, plain gold star on blue ribbon, square, compass and quadrant in silver, each made separate and riveted together, sun in relief on engraved gold rays.
1646. The centre of bars left plain for lettering, scrolls pierced out and carved, plain gold star on blue ribbon, square, compass and quadrant in silver, each made separate and riveted together resting in relief on a gold wreath which is carved, sun in relief on engraved gold rays.
