Secretary Login Guide

The Grand Lodge website has moved to a new platform. Please follow the steps below to access the rebuilt Secretary areas.

1. Open the Login Page

   Navigate to grandlodge.bcy.ca. Look for the Login link—in the top-right corner on desktop or the top-left menu on mobile.

   

2. Enter Your Credentials

   Sign in with the username "secreatary" and password issued to you. If you have forgotten your credentials, contact the Grand Lodge Secretary.

   

3. Access the Members Area

   After logging in, you will see a Secretary link. These appear in the same header location as the login link (top-right on desktop, top-bar on mobile). Select the appropriate link to enter. You will also have access to all the Member information.
