The stained glass window in Brownie Castle |
Built in 1905 by Palmer Coxs brother, William, to Palmers design, Brownie Castle, in Granby, Quebec, had seventeen rooms, six staircases and a Brownie stained-glass window. A Brownie flag flew from the four-storied octagonal tower complete with battlements while a running Brownie, arms outstretched, acted as weather vane atop the nearby barn. |
