Came to British Columbia, 1891; settled permanently, Vancouver, 1898 where followed profession. Curator Vancouver Museum; sec. and one of founders of Art Historical & Scientific Assn.; member B.C. soc. Fine Arts. Married Ruth J. Newcombe, 1879. Societies: A. F. & A. M. (W.M.); Scottish Rite, A. & A. S. R. 18d; P.Z. R.A.M., K.T. (Gizeh Temple, A.A.O.N., M.S.). Recreations: painting, music. Address: 1871 Broadway, W. Vancouver, B.C.
