Street scenes depicting the fictional towns of both Ferndale, Washington and Ferntiuktuk, Alaska were filmed on Delta Avenue in the community of Ladner, BC In several scenes the historic masonic lodge hall can be seen. In at least one unconfirmed scene the masonic square and compasses emblem is visible.
