A Bout with a Trout (1947)
Directed by Izzy Sparber
A popular cartoon convention is to use the five-pointed star to represent pain, stars in the sky, or simply a graphic border. In these examples the five-pointed star also represents knowledge or learning as well as Lulu’s conscience.
